December 25th of 2022 will be the next Christmas Day in the United Kingdom. December 24th of 2022 will be seen as Christmas Eve in the United Kingdom this year and it will lead into New Year’s Day on January 1st of 2023.
The celebrations on Christmas Eve, the anniversary of Jesus Christ’s birth and prior to his ascension into heaven, would be the main celebration. This would also lead into New Year’s Eve, the beginning of the revelry for the New Year. However, it is not entirely clear if there will be any great festivities as night falls as December 24th will be Christmas Eve. Perhaps fireworks and/or bonfires are around the corner?
